Kubo is considered as a cultural heritage, a symbol of togetherness. If you look inside, a typical nipa hut has no partitions for rooms in order to accommodate the entire family. The whole space is the dining, sleeping, and living area in one.
Kubo is dedicated to offering you fresh pan asian food that we all know and love with a twist. We understand our customers need good quality fresh food for a good price.
Our skilled team of chefs from Asia and Ireland use the freshest ingredients,making sure that our customers enjoy authentic fresh pan asian food with a twist whenever they come and dine at kubo.
Our new restaurant in Douglas is quite relaxed and informal we serve good food with no fuss. All of our dishes are made to order so we can cater for most of your customer dietary needs. We also serve a selection of wines personally selected with you our customer in mind.
Meat - we use locally grown beef, pork and lamb for our main courses, supporting local business.
Vegetables - we use locally grown vegetables where we can in season.
Sauces - we make all of our sauces in house from scratch using the best ingredients.
No MSG is added to our food. Low fat / high protein / high unsaturated fat options. Each dish is prepared fresh and cooked to order!
